Tremont Square

Tremont Square is an infill residential project located in the highly desirable South End area of Charlotte, NC. Carolina Capital (CC) purchased a 4.5 acre site and developed 74 finished townhome lots.

CC’s investment objective was to acquire the land and rezone to a TS (transit supported) overlay, which would allow up to 17 units per acre, and develop the infrastructure needed for a national homebuilder. The infill project has a high barrier to entry, and benefits from the lack of supply and high demand for finished townhome lots.
