Toonigh Village – Woodstock, GA

Toonigh Village is a strip retail center located in Woodstock, GA, a growing and affluent Atlanta suburb. Carolina Capital (CC) purchased the property in December 2018 and sold it in July 2021.

CC’s investment objective was to acquire a Kroger shadow anchored, stabilized retail property with a diverse and established tenant mix in a thriving Atlanta sub-market. The center was acquired at an attractive yield and CC was able to create additional value through leasing and strategic asset management.

CC held the asset as part of their inline retail and stabilized income portfolio.
