Burke Street is a 1.27-acre and 42,810 sq. ft. infill redevelopment site located in the West End submarket of Winston Salem. Carolina Capital (CC) purchased the property in February 2020.
CC’s investment objective was to acquire a unique infill site with a diverse and established tenant base. The center was acquired with in-place income and below replacement costs. Furthermore, the property is strategically located in a dense and thriving Winston Salem submarket, and benefits from proximity to downtown and BB&T Ballpark.
CC plans to hold asset as part of their income producing strategy.
