Tremont Assemblage – South End

The Tremont Assemblage is a combination of several covered land plays in the heart of South End. The properties were strategically acquired starting in January 2014 and all sold by April 2018.

CCRP’s objective was to buy a large, underutilized tract of land in a thriving submarket. Entitle the land and place the property in the Brownfield’s program, while cash flowing from in-place yield. CCRP exited to multifamily and retail adaptive reuse developers and internally developed 235 West Tremont into an adaptive reuse retail center.
