Archdale Station is two stations to the south of LoSo where explosive growth is currently underway.

Existing high-density TOD-CC zoning in-place, which will allow for mid-rise multifamily, office, or mixed-use development by right.

We plan to hold the asset for future transit-oriented redevelopment.
